Academic Achievement Awards and Scholarships
Honors Week
Each spring, the University designates a week in which to recognize students and faculty for their leadership and scholarship excellence. During the Friday of Honors Week, the College will recognize the Most Outstanding Student from each of its programs. In addition, the following awards are presented to undergraduate students:
- Kappa Delta Pi Distinguished Undergraduate Scholar Award (general)
- Kappa Delta Epsilon Award (elementary education)
- Kappa Delta Epsilon Award (secondary education)
- Stephen A. Willard Memorial Award (special education)
- Phi Mu Patience Stevens Award (human performance)
- George M. Stopp Award (human performance)
- Janice Bargdill Wilson Award for Excellence in Teaching with Children's Literature (elementary/early childhood education)
